REFUND POLICY
Any purchases made in December 2022 will have extended return validity until 3rd of January 2023
In accordance with the UK distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. To cancel your order you must let us know in writing within this 7 day period which starts from the day after you receive the order.
If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for FREE for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging. Free promotional items received with another purchased item must also be returned.
HOW SHOULD I RETURN MY PURCHASED GOODS?
Goods should be returned in a re-saleable condition in original packaging and with all tags and labels still attached to the garment.
Royal Mail Returns Label
If you wish to return an item you purchased online to our warehouse, we’ve made it easy with Royal Mail
Simply complete the returns slip that’s provided in the parcel we delivered to you, then apply the Royal Mail label to the front of the parcel and drop off at your nearest Post Office.
If you didn’t receive a returns slip, you can include a written note with your name, order number and reason for return – check the email we sent you when we dispatched your order. You can also create a new trackable label through Royal Mail’s Online Returns Portal.
Please keep your receipt for proof of postage, as your unwanted items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
Your full refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days from when you post your return.
If Royal Mail does not accept your parcel due to size or weight restrictions, please contact our Customer Experience team for support.

Yes, the same standard returns policy applies to all goods purchased in the sale or at a discounted price, except where returns have been restricted.
You may wear the goods for fit and styling purposes only. Please ensure you do not leave any smell, fragrance or marks whilst trying the goods. As we will only accept returns of goods returned back to us in a re-sellable condition.
Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept refunds for underwear/swimwear.
We cannot accept returns where the tags have been removed or where the items have been worn other than for the purpose of fitting. If goods are returned without the original.
We will try to accommodate any amendments required to the order as long as we have not yet despatched your order. If your order is already despatched then you will have to return the incorrect item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
